Within the asset register you are able to compile a full and detailed record for each play site and asset - our rule for inputting assets is; if you inspect it, you should put it into PlaySafe. All your site and asset properties information, including space for notes and links to other documents and websites can be input including:

You can create your own checklists and inspection types ensuring you are provided with a complete audit trail for all of your administrative and management processes.

Paperless Inspections
The most efficient way to upload PlaySafe data is for inspectors to input the data directly into a PDA/Pocket Computer which can then be directly uploaded to the main system. This elimination of duplication is a crucial time saving device and greatly adds to your ability to analyse data and prioritise tasks.
